  Great service , and good communicator kept me informed as to where he was up to and i have refitted pump today and its perfect We posted Thursday , he received it Friday and msg me Saturday to say it would be posted Monday and we received it this morning Tuesday , great turn a round thank you Highly recommended for this repair

  This is the second time I’ve used this company. Great communication keeping you up to date with your order. Great value of a one off payment £25 regardless what the problem was. Usually really quick repair unless like this time I waited a couple of weeks because they had to order multiple parts to fix the problem. Definitely worth getting them fixed rather than getting a new pair.

  I was charged an extra 95 on top of listing price as I didnt realise this was just for the touchscreen and didnt include the lcd display which I needed. Seller communication was very good. Ordered parts needed promptly and only paid the extra when repair was completed. Was sent a video the day before it was sent back. Plugged in today and works perfect again

  Excellent fix with required updates, too. The return time was under a week, and they were very responsive to my enquiries. Compared to the cost of a new head unit from Skoda, it really good value, too. Thanks!

  Very professional. Even though they could not fix my unit but they informed me and returned the item and gave full refund (minus return post cost as we both agreed - did NOT over charge on postage)
