  Item arrived broken. Problems with eBay website upload process in placing timely return request & offer to keep item but with appropriate discount for significant damage. Packaging was poor--no protection vs. crushing when s.t. put on top. Seller accused me of mischievous claim. Offered me silly low discount for amt. of damage. Had to use eBay leverage to process return. Seller reimbursed total cost in the end but this is the type of experience that would make me quit eBay if occurs too often.

  The doll I bought arrived, but did not work after putting new batteries twice. It's a doll that activates with motion or noise....and it didn't work at all. I tried making lots of noise...and changing the doll to different locations in the house...hoping it would eventually work...but nothing happened. I wrote to the seller feeling kind of embarrassed to complain but I had to tell him how I felt. He was was so kind to refund part of the money and I will just use the doll for display only.

  I am so disappointed with this item. She is only 19inches, not 22inches. I don't know if the seller simply lied about the height or didn't know how to measure it. I have requested a full refund due to deceptive description.
