  Item was packaged good. There is much rain in my place and many shipments of the carrier got wet. Mine was no exception. The paper envelope within which the cd came got slightly wet. Despite this, due to the plastic wrap present with the original cd, the product key label as well as the cd itself seemed water free. I didn't open the packaging yet but I am still leaving 5 stars for the accurate product description.

  This seller stepped up and took responsibility. They apologized and refunded my money, including shipping. Problems happen. It is a good seller who responds positively and turns things around.I have the sense that they were genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. Because of their actions, my negative feedback turns to positive with a recommendation. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again.

  Seller was very fair. After realizing a mistake was made in purchasing the seller refunded the entire purchase price with shipping with out a problem. Very honesrt and very curtious!
