  I paid for the item August 7th. After 3 days of hearing nothing, I messaged the seller. He said it would ship on the 12th. After sending another message voicing my concern, he assured me the item had been dropped off. It finally arrived today (8/15.) He said the reason was he was moving abs trying to run the business. Other sellers had the same thing happen. I'm not sure what he told them, but a week wait, and me having to initiate contact was a bit unnerving. The vest fits, and is as desc.
