  Bought a raincoat from this seller, and returned it. I received a refund that was wrong from the seller, who said it was eBay that made the error. Error was only $8.58, but the seller insisted several times that it was the fault of eBay, and seller also said eBay gave me the wrong information about the amount. The amount the seller shorted me was only $8.58 . . . . Honesty is the best policy. If you buy & then return anything with this seller, make sure you get the right amount back from them.

  First let me say I am an honest seller and will do whatever I can to satisfy m customers.I have been a seller on eBay for over 16 years and would not jeopardize my reputation over $8.58. The buyer was refunded the correct amount. She was given a refund of $31.80 for the item. The return shipping cost of $8.58, which was her responsibility, was deducted from the payment of $31.80. This left a net payment of $23.22 which is what she received. Despite this she chose to leave negative feedback,
