  Item was in pristine new condition as promised. Since shipping was international, it took 3 weeks from placing the order to arrive, but the seller was great at communicating this with me and providing a tracking number so I could see where my package was at. The game I received was not the complete collection with both expansion packs as described, but again the seller was very easy to work with to correct the mistake and make things right.

  The seller send the base version of the game. Which is a misunderstanding since the code is not able to be used. However he was fast at responding and offered me money back. Even more if I leave a good feedback. The product is good quality. Its mint condition. The seller was fast at sending. So I think he might be trustworthy. I think the issue was just confusion over the code. I would buy from him another time and I recommend him ^^

  Absolutely perfect sale from this seller...I half expected not to get it as I got a real bargain. All items were as described - The right packaging was used to protect the dvds - everything was spot on - so much so - will add to my favourite sellers now - Ty

  The package arrived broken (see image), and the game was in fact not new OR unused. However, great communication by the seller and I recieved a refund without having to send the package back. He explained that "these" (Sims 3 expansions, I presume) were a bit of a hit or miss and he apologised. I would still recommend, but to be aware that these mistakes do happen.
