  I returned an item on the 7th Oct the post office said something was wrong with the return label I contacted the seller a week later and was told you will get your refund when i get my return I showed him the proof of postage and the tracking number and he still after 21 days of posting the return was not interested in helping get my money back I ended up contacting Ebay who after two days got me my refund which was great so if you purchase anything from this person hope you dont have to return
