    The switch is in pristine conditions, exactly as advertised. Very good communication from seller. However, the shipping service was very poor. They courier didn’t bother to ring my bell or call me, and they left the parcel on the street outside the building. Luckily, my neighbor was walking by and saw it—otherwise, anyone could have taken it. Also, the box appears to have received a small impact, which broke both the external and internal cardboard and caused a small dent on the top of switch.

    The switch arrived perfectly packed in pristine carton. I paid for expedited shipping and it was done with care. The gear is in great condition. I'm happy with the purchase and service and will be doing business with Prology again in the future.
