  The binder was delivered super fast. It came in a plastic wrapping with binder sleeves inside. Looks brand new. The binder appears exactly like the advertised picture. Now I have a binder to put all my eveelution cards in. Definitely recommend to buy this one over others that are used since it’s only a few dollars more. Great value and the quality is excellent.
