  A truly great eBay seller with friendly communication and fast responses to questions. The Epson ET-8550 is one of the best inkjet printers on the market right now and this lightly-used model looks almost brand-new, making it a genuine bargain at half the retail price. The printer arrived safely via DPD, thanks to the great packaging. Thank you Printer4u_Ltd!

  Got to say there were some delivery problems in the beginning but wow the seller hit the customer service out of the park. Great feedback when a problem arose sorted it out and provided solutions. Great seller

  I was happy with the product I purchased but it was very late in arriving and when I queried the response was late. Delivery and communication issues caused me to start the process of cancelling my order but it eventually arrived. I was told by the seller that a family emergency has caused the problems , which I guess can happen to anyone.

  The communication of the seller is great, will tell you if something is wrong. Seller communicated that the shipping for me will take a little longer, and the item arrived safely with good packaging!
