  {25-07-26}: UPS delivered the Netgear AX5400 router in good condition packaged in an outer box within the estimated delivery dates. I was unable to set up the router with the Netgear Nighthawk smartphone app recommended by Netgear. I returned the router using free USPS shipping and I received a full credit refund to my charge card. This was an unfortunate situation but I would purchase from this Seller again because of the honorable way this problem was handled by the Seller, also by eBay.

  Seller shipped quickly. Arrived packed well. New as described. I had to buy a second one of these because there is a plastic gear inside that if the blades get "hung up" too much on small sticks that the gear gets worn off and the clippers don't work anymore. I could not find a replacement plastic gear and the tool is not worth the cost of repairs. None of this is the sellers fault but is a manufacturers defect for using cheap plastic to make the gear. This is the replacement I had to get.
