  Item description was misleading and not as described. The description alluded to 3 pieces but only one piece arrived. Contacted seller who offered a 30% reduction for me to keep the item. I asked if he could do better but he has suggested a return of the product which is not worth the effort or the cost. I would suggest that if you intend to do business with this seller you contact first and get a full description of any goods being offered before parting with any funds.

  Although all items were sent in one package, when I wanted to return them I was going to have to package them in three different parcels due to their being 3 different sizes and pay £3.25 for each parcel. Ridiculous! Contacted the seller who assured me (and I have in writing) that they would refund me the full amount if I sent it in one parcel, saving £6.50. Although they received all items they did not fully refund me as promised. Had to ask eBay to step in to recuperate the remaining amount.
