  Item was not properly packed for shipment and some of the chocolate was found open inside of the box. Container was not properly sealed with paper or bubble wrap and container was part-way open. Need to secure better.

  Seller took my money, generated a label, never shipped the item and kept changing the deluvery date. Gave my money back, but claimed item was "lost in the mail", which is BS as it never hot into the mail.
