    Items arrived in good condition, intact in a bubble wrap envelope, within the promised delivery window. The bottles were as described, although I'm not sure it was posted that the inks were past their expiration dates. Nevertheless, I feel the price was fair and a good value compared to other sites such as HP and Amazon. I am very satisfied with this seller!

    The first item ( HP print head ) did not work. I sent an email to the seller and received a timely response indicating some suggestions to troubleshoot the issue. After exhausting all efforts, I sent an email indicating the print head still did not work. I received a replacement print head and the second one worked. This seller has fast shipping and excellent customer support. I recommend this seller for replacement print heads.

    The item arrived undamaged, although not in its original box. The item(s) appear to be as described: original and genuine. My printer will let me know if there is any difference, but since I don't need the new ink for a couple weeks, do not know how well it will work. But I do trust this seller and their high ratings, so will purchase from them again and recommend this seller.

    No box but new in plastic as described, great value compared to other 4 packs, original ink, not a refill or used. Free shipping and returns, they had great reviews and came in time frame noted.
