Luckily ebay gave me a refund. But now I have a Philip Stein icon with an old strap kept on by a piece of elastic otherwise it keeps falling off & I don't want to lose it. Very very disappointed with a company like Philip Stein, oh & they never replied to Ebays messages!! what was that all about? Pamela
