  Item was nearly useless when it arrived !!! It either was shipped all busted up , or the shipper did it "Fed Ex" !It showed up in my front yard , upside down. It was all bent up , loose in the box , and covered in the oil left in the motor I had to perform surgery on it , to get it to run ! Why not just send it back you may ask... It was past June 1st , and my other tiller blew up , I NEEDED IT. SELLER DID GIVE UP A DECENT REFUND , BUT THIS WAS COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY !

  The Item was exactly as described but there was a dent on the base. Upon reaching out to the seller they responded immediately and within 24 hour a new base was shipped. Seller contacted me upon them getting confirmation that item was delivered to confirm. Excellent response, excellent communication, excellent seller.

  Although I had to modify the door quite a bit to work for my situation, this wasn't the seller's fault. They were amazing to work with, good communicators...and always eager to help even after the sale!
