    Why didn't you contact me with this issue? I did not know you were not paid the full refunded until you gave me a negative. I have 25 years of positive feedback and you ruined it because you jumped the gun. Please make this a positive experience, since I was unaware of the shorted refund. Just let me know what is owed and I will refund the difference. Please always contact the other person in the transaction before leaving a negative feedback. Donna
