  It was probably my fault for not doing more research before purchasing, but the Palm Pilot would not connect to my iMac (e.g. to download music) so it's in practise not usable. Understandable, really as that technology is over 30 years old. I did download several software utilities and apps but was unable to make it work. If you could download and install a much older operating system I think it would work but otherwise no...

  Product arrived on time and undamaged. After installation and a quick digitizer recalibration, it works perfectly.
