  I ordered a 16GB RAM stick but received an 8GB RAM stick instead. I reached out to the seller to request the correct item, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. To make matters worse, the seller relisted the item that they had already sold. This highlights a significant logistics issue related to inventory management. Sellers aiming to minimize customer service problems should refrain from listing items that are no longer available.

  Well packaged, reasonably fast shipping, reasonable price (older RAM shouldn’t be too expensive, imo), worked right out of the box. Would buy from seller again!
