  Specifically wrote to make sure fusible pieces were included. Assured they were. They were not! Waited a long time to be disappointed! Thanks for apology but doesn’t resolve the fact that what I paid for wasn’t there

  The pattern I ordered was in Perfect condition. The lady had the pattern in a plastic bag inside the envelope which I thought was great because as you know stuff do get wet in the mail. Great thinking on this lady’s part.
