  This item functions well and is in good condition. However, I'm uncertain whether it is truly new, as advertised. There are signs of slight rust or oxidation under the base and in the area where the stand connects to the base, suggesting it may be pre-owned. Restored with a quick cleaning. Additionally, the box was taped shut, and neither the box nor the bag inside was sealed. On a positive note, the stand and attachments appear to be in mint condition.
