We say that with confidence because we have been in the business for 30 years and seen it all. We buy rough worldwide, sort it and grade it ourselves. We are very particular about cutting quality and demand the best from our cutters. Debbie and I hand select every gem for you before it is shipped. This is time consuming, but it is the only way we can be assured that every gem that leaves our office is exactly (or better than) the quality we have promised.

First and foremost, your satisfaction is always guaranteed so everything we sell can be returned for refund. But here's more info for you and others that read this. The gem you ordered was 2mm which is very small and smaller sizes have progressively lower color saturation. It is cut from the same rough as the larger sizes which are quite green. Our photos represent this, so you'll see that the 2mm photo is much lighter than the larger sizes.
