  Out of the two items sent, only one worked and I requested a replacement on the 29th July. I have still not received the promised item nearly 2 weeks later. In addition, theres items were sent in a normal plastic bag, not an anti-static one, something somebody else noted on their feedback. Definitely not a positive experience, and very close to being a negative one.
