  Due to a delivery delay caused by issues with the USPS system, the customer became frustrated and left somewhat exaggerated comments. To clarify, the order was shipped on July 16th and delivered on July 22nd—it would not take months to be delivered, as stated in the customer's review.

  quality is good condition. New good price for the value appearance new. It took a while for me to get it together, but I did contact China and got it working. Seller was great fast shipping.

  Nice quality and works well. It was tricky to install the top mounted model on an aluminum door since there's very little top frame that doesn't have glass behind it. We couldn't tell that from the description. A day of messing around and false starts got it done. It's on a solarium that we want to be able to ventilate when we're away and it is just what we needed.
