    Several (4) of large lot (10) GPUs arrived DOA or damaged (e.g., surface mount PC sheared off) in transit. Shared photos and bench test results with seller, who after review, concurred. There was no replacement GPUs readily available in stock so seller issued partial refund. Excellent communications and very responsive. Reasonable business practice of verifying item damage. Would buy from again!
