  I bought an electric aroma 18 quart electric roaster open box from nobody lower. Shipping was on time and product was in great shape bought for what I thought was a real good price. it came with everything it was supposed to . the box was a little torn but product inside appeared to be good .thank you seller.

  Never got it. Thanks for the refund. I had to ask for the issue to be updated when you said it was an inventory issue. Shouldn't you have be proactive? Feels sketch to me.
