  Came in working conditions at a good quality level, was a bit dirty when it came though but with just a bit of wash it was fine. The value of the product is the main selling point of the laptop I paid just under $500. The fingerprint sensor is pretty bad but I'm used to typing in my password so it's fine for me. I dislike the windows copilot features they shove down your throat but that's more or less Microsoft rather than the product itself.
