  Purchased iPhone 14 and it came in great condition with fast shipping. The communication with the seller was great due to a shipping error with FedEx and they actually was trying to take on the responsibility of someone’s else mistake. The price of the phone was great, the communication with the sellers was great and the time the phone was supposed to arrive was great with the exception of FedEx misplacing it. Will definitely chat with them again for all my phones.

  Seller sent the wrong color. Ordered a silver, they sent a gold. Told me they sent correct color even though I sent a picture & video. They also told me IMEI said it was the correct color which is a lie bc I checked that online. They are now out of stock and raised the price. They won’t make it right, won’t offer a discount to keep the wrong item. They want me to send it back so they can resell it for the raised price. Will not be buying for them again. Bad customer service!!

  IPhone came very quickly. It was exactly as described and working perfectly. Seller packaged item very well. Phone was very clean and good to use straight out of the box. This is excellent quality for a used phone and well worth the prices. I will be purchasing from this seller again!

  Item as described! Very, very well packaged. Delivery was delayed, through no fault of seller. Seller was communicative, thank goodness. I can't stand seller's not responding or possibly worse - responding in hostility. if a buyer has questions about what you're trying to sell to put money in your pockets, one would think the customer could ask multiple questions without reprimanding them. i had one such experience, thank goddess this seller was friendly and professional.

  I received the "Tim with Velociraptors" funko pop in perfect condition. It was very well packaged. The shipping was fast. The price was great. I definitely recommend this seller.

  Received the laptop, nice laptop overall. Great condition. There was one discrepancy with the listing and what was received, and the seller and I were able to come to a resolution. They were great to work with and I am satisfied by their professionalism and customer service. Would purchase from again!
