  Great to deal with, I had a small issue with the camera which we managed to resolve through some discussion and suggestions. Very reassuring dialogue when buying something of such high value from the other side of the world! The package arrived early and very well packaged and I am looking forward to building a whole new fine art photography line now that I have such a formidable piece of equipment to work with! Everything as described, and great value compared to alternatives.

  My experience with mytongguy has been very positive. Communication was fast and helpful. Shipping was surprisingly fast and the item arrived well packaged. The strap lugs are as described and appear to be good quality. I’m happy with this purchase and would buy from this seller again.
