Here's our return policy in detail:
All returns must be in brand new un-used / unopened condition. Note that shipping fees paid are non-refundable and return shipping will be paid by the buyer, unless the item was damaged upon receipt and/or you received a wrong or defective merchandise.

All defective or damaged merchandise needs to be returned complete with original packaging and should not show excessive wear. To be authorized for a pre-paid return label for defective or damaged item, you need to contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of the package. In your email/msg you must include detailed pictures and description of damages before a pre-paid return label will be issued.

Pre-paid return labels must be used within 3 days, otherwise it will be voided and you will have to pay for your own return ship

    The seller NEVER Shipped the item. Gave fake tracking number, and when I confronted him about it, he said that he "filed a tracer online, but if this does not get delivered by Friday - let me know and I will send a replacement." Two days later, he just issues me a refund. I will never do business with this seller again. What a fraud.

    The gun shows a speaker in the stock and advertises that it makes gun sounds. It does not have animated gun sound effects. The gun itself appears to be made nicely and it arrived new in good condition. The only reason for the four stars is because it advertises that it makes gun sounds and shows the speaker which leads purchasers to believe there are sound effects involved.  You can rack the rifle stock and pull the trigger, which is pretty cool for a young kid.
