Unsurprisingly, the baseball cap arrived completely crushed. The seller initially promised to send a replacement while waiting for a return label from eBay, and later claimed it had been sent via 1st class—but nothing ever arrived. Extremely disappointing experience, especially since it was meant as a birthday gift. I won’t be ordering from this seller again.
