    Prompt delivery and service. Package was sent promptly but it wasn’t the item I ordered. I notified seller and they replied promptly with an immediate refund and apology. I was impressed with willingness to rectify the situation. Would buy from again.

    This was a REAL gem of a purchase! BETTER than described. Seller was upfront and communicated quickly. Item was shipped and packed excellently!!! I Googled this company and this Frog did NOT appear in the 2500 items I found on eBay! This is TOO good to go in a bathroom! Great, Great value!

    Item well packaged. Not exactly as described in the ad. Mention made of a stem, needed to use the blade. But the stem was not included. Cannot use blade without it. Upon contacting seller, I was told to return it and I would get a refund. After the waiting period was up, the return/refund was handled in a very quick and efficient manner.
