  The product was great, but UPS badly screwed up the delivery. They spent seven days fruitlessly delivering the package in the morning to my post office box, when the post office is only open between 12:30 and 4:30. I finally had to go to the post office and stand outside in the morning so I could get the package. The call centers for UPS were awful and outright lied to me, including supervisors. The router itself survived the ordeal and I love working with Multilink Solutions.
