    These don't have any straps, or the ad would have mentioned that. I'm sorry you aren't happy. The customer never let me know there was a problem because I try to make everyone happy.

    received bag in timely manner but was disappointed with the color and quality. Purse is not the same color pictured and the inside lining is exposing the cardboard underneath, also shows a different strap very disappointed.
