Including belts not needed at this time but may in the future made it a better buy. I have owned my TEAC X10R since I bought it new in 1980 when stationed in Germany. My tapes were walking off the heads and the new rollers cured the problem. I cut off as much rubber as possible, then soaked in Brake Clean. Scrubbed the rest off with a scotch brite. Applied a little dab of E6000 glue to the inside of the new rollers before mounting.
