  Gentlemen, the power supply I bought was damaged. It came very dusty, even with cobwebs. When I installed the equipment, the voltages were out of range, the +12V was +11.4V, and there was even electrical noise on the monitor image. This tells me that a capacitor must be damaged, which is why I see the 60 Hz cycling of the power supply. I need you to resolve this problem. I look forward to your comments.

  Received the Video card with was good packed and same unit as pictured on the sale. Received more quick than expected. Inserted it in a very old alarm and monitoring system from 1997 onboard a ship and it does work.

  Super super quick shipping. So quick they accidently send wrong part initially, but very very quickly send the correct part after I messaged them. Part tested good. Reply communication could be better but they took quick action on my initial message because the correct part showed up as I was trying to find out why no reply to my first message. Thank You!
