  The model arrived extremely well packaged, unfortunately it was damaged in transit which can happen. Despite the model arriving slightly damaged I accepted a very fair partial refund from the seller. The communication was excellent and I have no hesitation buying from this seller again.

  Very nice model which was as described. I bought two Norev models off the same seller and I plan to buy more in the not to distant future. Both models were well wrapped and delivered within the specified time. Excellent value from a great seller.

  I'm very happy with this product. The model car and display box was packaged with extreme care, as such both arrived undamaged. I have brought from this eBay seller three model cars now and have been very happy. I will look forward to buying another model car from them again.   Superb. Excellent quality product, item as described in A1 condition. Excellent communication from seller throughout. Shipping was quick and packaging ensured item arrived safely with no chance of damage in transit. Great value for money product.

  Easy transaction, reasonable delivery time. Item came safely wrapped but was unfortunately a factory second (faulty paint job) out of the box. Part refund was offered, which I proposed to use as a discount for my next purcase. Seller willingly accepted and was very responsive with short reply times, A+ communication.
