    Would leave no stars if possible, the seller thinks the couriers failure is the buyers responsibility!! Over a week and nothing but told to phone Royal Mail on a rude email. I’m trying to get a refund but they have stated that won’t happen until eBay force them to do this! Stay well clear of this seller

    Plenty of inaccuracies in these claims , not least the fact the package was delivered at 12.39pm today ! We advised the client to ring Royal Mail to see why there was a delay as they could speak to their local agents, we processed the order & shipped in good time but buyer questioned this despite having tracking details in hand. We quite rightly stated that we could not offer a refund on goods that had been correctly shipped and were still out for delivery.
