  The shipping time wasn’t too bad and the item arrived just as described in the listing in amazing, brand new condition. The packaging wasn’t rough looking or anything. Great appearance and amazing communication from the seller. A very fair price paid as well. I would say it was of great quality to me.   Absolutely fantastic seller. Went above and beyond to ensure my unique needs were meticulously met. Glasses were carefully packaged, arrived to Canada in mint condition (exactly as described), and WOW the shipping was so quick. I purchased an item from the USA at the same time (more expensive shipping),and its expected delivery date is in 2 weeks.   Pico 4 headset arrived in excellent condition, with all pieces exactly as advertised. It was packed very well, and arrived surprisingly quickly from Japan. Seller was proactive in making sure I was aware of the import duties now required into the US before shipping, to ensure I would have no surprises; they used DHL which simply contacted me prior to delivery to collect the fee. My daughter is now enjoying the headset, as it allows her to visit with her out of state friends on VR Chat.
