    I bought an item at a discount, and then they wrote me three days later to tell me it was a system error that was updating, and that's why the price came up wrong. I understand that's not my problem. The seller should assume responsibility for the system error. They ended up refunding me and canceling the order. Very bad.

    Sorry, we could not afford to honor your purchase at a price that was software system generated erroneously. This erroneous price was unfortunately set at 300% below the market value price, which we financially could not afford to honor.

    Buyer ordered and received item in brand new condition inside factory sealed packaging. Buyer's notification of item not working fell outside of our 30-days return window. Buyer also failed to provide any supporting photos and/or videos to substantiate the claim of item not being in working order.
