We offer both brand new items sourced from local stores (closeouts, shelf pulls, end of season, etc.) and preowned items.     Shipped and received in a timely manner. The article was as described, but one omission- sleeve length - came back to bite me. My fault for not asking. No need to return it though, as there is just enough fabric under the cuff from a prior alteration to extend the length by the 2 inches needed.

    The pants were in perfect condition, the description was 100% accurate, this was exactly what I was looking for. The shipping was super fast, everything was delightful. Unfortunately & surprisingly, they were too big for me. I hated to return them, but I had to. The return was smooth and easy, and I was so grateful for that. Wonderful experience all around.
