    Received mug in good condition as described - had a wonderful game of pass the parcel as the mug was wrapped in so many layers and then into a box with Fragile tape all over it stood no chance of breaking during postage. Happy with my purchase thanks. Communication from the seller was excellent.

    Item is as described. Out of box, but looks brand new, can tell its been well looked after. It was packed very securely to ensure no damage during shipping and it arrived very quickly from seller posting. I'd definitely recommend this seller and I'd return again in the future :) thank you.

    Great Item swift delivery Item was described as used but from the images it was clearly new. These arrived pretty quick and as per the images new unmarked. People on here have raised several complaints about the articles they have received and the seller, now I cant comment on their experiences but mine have been excellent. Human nature being what it is I have to question these other reviews (are they Genuine or simply made up to discredit the seller?) in light of my experience with the seller.

    The postage was very reasonable, it was very well packaged and protected the candle was as described if it wasn't for the burnt wick I wouldn't of noticed it was used. Very good value for money. Going to treasure it
