    I lost my business in 2018 following two surgeries and four rounds of chemotherapy. given a second chance at life 5 years in remission. Working Full time to provide my customers the best service possible. Thank you

    I ordered an N64 with 1 video game for $170. The ad said it was ready to play. When I received it, I first noticed that it wasn't the exact one in the photo becase one of the controller ports was slightly broken and missing a piece of plastic. Secondly, the game wasn't in the box and the console was missing the jumper pak which is required for gameplay. I took it to a video game store to learn the piece was required and had to purchase a $64 part. 2 weeks later & still waiting for video game.

    The customer received the item, but it seems we forgot to include a Jumper Pak. When contacted, I immediately offered to ship the $5 Pak. However, they refused and mentioned they had upgraded by purchasing the Expansion Pak. (ALL IN EMAIL)
