  The Seller did all that was positive and correct. The problem was the Trump Tariffs for under $800 packages from China had kicked in and the supply chain organization got thoroughly scrambled! The product actually showed up in original packaging with ALL the pieces! I would certainly buy from this eBay seller again!

  The seller supplied old and not working items to us. We paid for new items. They have defrauded us $3,570,000. First transaction. This company is fraudulent company and am regretting using ebay already if they can harbour some criminals , masquerading as business companies . At least I have seen this company as one.

  Half items received were damaged, but it was the delivery service carelessness not the supplier. The packaging could have been better to prevent but was adequate if handled properly. Long story the delivery service is investigating but not hopeful of any compensations, too costly to return. Supplier tried to help, but it was beyond both parties control.
