  Ordered the BM200 Pro. Seller emailed said the screen was scratched. Could have at discount, refund or offered BT version and part refund. Also delay in delievery about a week. I opted to wait for new undamaged unit. Thought exceptional.service telling about.order saus and options. Correct order came within the week. Very happy with correspondence and service.from seller.
