  Keyboard arrived with one damaged key. Not sure if it occured in transit. Contacted seller and they immediately offered a refund. They unfortunately didn't have another one to replace it with so I found a website that sells replacement keys. I told them I was just going to order the key and not to worry about it. They issued a partial refund. Great seller! Offered solutions without being asked and responded promptly to messages. Would definitely buy from again

  Great price. Product were definitely as described in fact they looked brand new and never used. I couldn't find a scuff or a scratch anywhere. The thing that was off was how it arrived. the wheel and pedals each arrived on cardboard held down with thick plastic wrap. I expected this to arrive in a Manufactures Box and was like Oh oh when I opened up their packaging. But it all worked out in the end. Everything works as it should and was very clean. fast shipping. would buy from seller again

  Item arrived with no damage, but was missing one screw for one of the pedal. I contacted Logitech and they sent me a partial refund for the inconvenience. I would purchase from them again. Overall, a great value buy!
