  I emailed the seller multiple times, enquiring about whether there was a dust bag, import taxes, USPS tracking (which was hopelessly wrong and misleading) etc. Always got an immediate, courteous and helpful reply. Item was posted day after order placed, took quite a while to arrive in UK (I'm impatient), import duties alarming, but it was nicely packed a in a sturdy cardboard box, is genuine, immaculate and new as described, and I'm extremely happy.
