    Rapid dispatch & quick delivery. Tube exactly as described and supplied in manufacturer's carton. Parcel was superbly packed in a cardboard box with bales of padding. Please note that these "warm white" tubes produce a cosy, almost tawny coloured illumination - good for atmospheric lighting but not really suitable for use in a magnifying desk lamp used for close-up work. I've bought from this supplier previously and they've proved to be reliable and efficient. Perfect transaction - thanks!

    Product as described, did not arrive as advised. Messaged seller who did not reply within 24 hours, opened query with Ebay, seller responded immediately and sent the item which arrived 2 days later, a week later than it should have. Must say that I have bought from this seller before without any issues, so have still given them a positive rating.
