  Item arrived VERY well protected and packaged. Item was not in original packing but was in pristine condition and arrived quickly. It was very much what was wanted (my daughter's original was broken in our recent move and she was heartbroken. Well worth the price. Thank you!

  The bag had more wear and tear than shown in the pictures. The seller provided me a refund and told me to keep the bag. It needs repair (i.e. split leather) that i can't fix and does not meet my standards for a purse I would use due to it's condition.
