  The shipping price was reasonable and it came right on time. They packaged the dvds super well. The items were as described and the sane items from the photo. The value of the item was acceptable, but my only issue is that they had the ability for me to send a best offer but no offer was accepted at all they were all immediately declined. Even when I submitted $1 off. So it was very frustrating that they weren’t accepting any offers but still left the option for a best offer. Disappointing

  The curling iron was sold knowing it didn’t turn on. Won’t respond to my messages or proceed with returning the item. Please do yourself a favor and don’t buy through this seller. Such an inconvenience and sad way to do business.

  It's extremely bothering that you would make a false statement and question someone's integrity. The item was sold as used, and was tested, and stating it was sold "knowingly not working" if completely false. You started the return on 28th, within 24hrs, it was accepted and you received a full refund, with a sincere apology, seems like a pretty professional response of handling your return. Yet, you felt the need to write a personal attack after the issue was handled and refunded, states volumes
